Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt or after the collection date

In the case of partial deliveries, this cooling-off period starts as soon as you have received the last item from your order.

General return rules

Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will then receive the return amount within 10 working days in the same way as you paid.
Items must be returned unused, complete, in original condition, in original packaging (including any plastic cover or dust bag).
Books and cosmetics may only be returned in unopened packaging.
In the event of damage or incomplete items, depreciation will be charged.
Items without a price tag can only be returned in the store. If the label or price tag prevents the item from being properly assessed, the label or price tag may be removed. The one-time adjustment of clothing is not considered use.
A gift voucher cannot be returned.
Direct exchange for another item is only possible after telephone request and takes place in the store in Amsterdam.

You can return your items by registered post to Churchoflabels.com via PostNL. The package will then be returned at your own expense.

Drop off your package at a post office (locations: www.postnl.nl).
Keep the Track & Trace number to track your package.
As soon as the order has been returned, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail.

Money Refund based on payment method

The amount you owe from us will be transferred within 10 working days from the moment your return has been processed.

credit card: The purchase amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card account

iDeal: The purchase amount will be automatically refunded to the relevant account

paypal: The purchase amount will be automatically refunded to your PayPal account

AfterPay: The purchase amount is automatically deducted from your invoice
