How do I place an order?

Click on a product of your choice and choose the desired size, color and quantity if necessary. Via the button 'in shopping bag' you place the article in your shopping cart. When you're done shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. You will then see an overview of your order, in which you can still change the items if you wish. Log in if you already have an account. If you don't have an account, enter your address details. Then choose the desired delivery method and the desired delivery time. Choose a payment method and complete the order.

Have I reserved an item as soon as it is in my shopping cart?

New. Only once the payment has been completed, the items are reserved for you

Can I have an item wrapped and/or sent as a gift?

Yes you can! We are very good at wrapping and sending gifts. During the checkout process you can choose to have your order wrapped as a gift and to provide it with a personal message of your choice. Packing plus any personal message costs €1. If you choose to have the gift delivered to the recipient, the invoice will not be sent, but will be sent to you by email.


How do I know if my order has been successful?

After going through all the steps of the ordering process, you will arrive at a confirmation page on which your order number is stated. You will also receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you have created an online account you can check your order via your account

When can I expect my item(s)?

Monday to Friday ordered before 3:00 pm, is delivered within 1-3 working days with PostNL. If you have chosen to pick up in our store, you will be contacted within 1-3 working days when your package is ready. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will also be delivered after 1-3 working days. Pick up in store is possible 7 days a week:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of the shipment. If you log in with your online account, you can view the order status of your order. This is not possible when you place an order without an account.

The website is optimized for Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 9 or later. Please note that the color of the featured items may be affected by your monitor settings.
